2012
Arrival in Latin America
Arrival in Chile after two years of market research on the country. We arrived for the initiation and financing of a condominium in the city of Chillán.
2014
Establishment and Improvement
Established in the country, after various difficulties, the real estate business model was refined, and the division we know today as Oportunidad Parcelas Chile was created.
2015
Expansion and Recognition of Andubay
In 2015, led by J. Nicolás Castellano, an international figure in cybersecurity, Andubay was founded. In 2017, Andubay focused on internationalization, strengthening alliances with Juan Villanueva. (Former Consul of Spain in Chile) and J. María Castillero (Former President of the Chamber of Commerce of Spain in Chile).
2018
Investment and Support for Foundations
With the growth of Oportunidad Parcelas Chile, the first participative investment fund focused on new urban development projects is created. Additionally, the foundation support program begins, which evolves into Talent in Motion.
2020
Birth of Moure
Moure is born, a company specializing in earthmoving and heavy machinery to support OPACH in urban development projects.
2021
Appearance of Avrego and BCN Media Hub
In 2021, Avrego emerges, a company that finances OPACH clients and offers services to third parties under mortgage guarantees. In 2022, we entered the shareholding of BCN Media Hub, a leader in its sector.
